Frequently asked questions

Custom platform or Shopify?
Shopify Plus if your model is broadly standard and you want checkout, tax and fraud handled for you; custom if your pricing, fulfilment or account structure is genuinely unusual. We scope both and give you the cost of each rather than a preference.
Can you connect our ERP and warehouse?
Usually yes. Anything with an API or a scheduled export can be synced. We build a reconciliation report as part of the integration, because a two-way sync you cannot audit is a source of quiet errors.
Will we lose SEO if we replatform?
Not if the migration is planned. Every existing URL is mapped to its new equivalent with a permanent redirect, structured data is carried over and the sitemap is regenerated. We check the mapping before launch, not after.
